• Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with multi-skilled team to achieve the required goal
• Produce Component-level flows in the form of Swimlane to define the sequence of payment processing
• Translate the requirements into a Functional User story, ensuring acceptance criteria are correctly defined
• Perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements
• Be responsible for big picture-to-end thinking
• Working closely with solution delivery and production support team to ensure all new software is well understood and readily supported
• Review Test Cases and test Results to ensure requirements are being met

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis
• Familiarity with the software development cycle
• Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence
• Communication and analytical skills focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken technical English to communicate freely
• Previous experience in the banking and finance industry is desirable
