• Administering Azure Cloud Databases such as Azure SQL Managed Instance and Azure SQL Databases
• Installing and configuring Integration Runtime environments for Azure Synapse SQL Pools
• Defining backup strategies for Azure SQL solutions
• Reviewing the environment and applying SQL instance recommended settings in order to achieve better performance
• Managing passwords in Thycotic and Azure Key Vault applications
• Processing automation based on PowerShell
• Making report tests between PowerBI and MS SQL solutions
• Managing Azure Machine Learning and Azure Storage Accounts
• Cooperating with Global BI Team and other internal IT Departments: Network/Storage and VM Team, ID/Active Directory Team, and Security/Firewall Team

• Excellent communication skills to cooperate with IT Infrastructure Administrators and Global BI Developer Teams
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server 2019, administering relational SQL DBs and related features
• Understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure vWAN, Azure Firewall, NSG, etc.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Infrastructure (Storage, Network, VMs, Firewalls, Active Directory)
• Skills in administering Repositories as well as forking and merging with Code Repositories
• Administering Azure Cloud Databases, especially Synapse SQL Pools

Optional:

• Knowledge of GitHub and Team Foundation Server
• Accomplished DP-300: Administering Relational Databases on Azure and Microsoft AZ-104 exams
