We are looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking, financial instruments, and investment management.

The team supports the client onboarding and account opening processes across a wide range of business areas and products. The team’s primary function is to partner with key stakeholders (Compliance, Business, FNBG, CIP Due Diligence, Reg DD, Quality Assurance) to onboard new clients with a focus on efficiency, control, and excellent client service.

• Owning and driving the onboarding process for all client types and products (Cash and Derivatives)
• Developing in-depth knowledge of all requirements needed such as AML, KYC and product to legal entity alignment
• Having a sound appreciation of Client Onboarding Policy and process requirements
• Managing tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates

• Legal and Compliance experience, awareness of the client onboarding process, or knowledge about KYC/AML and regulations 
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive, energetic approach are essential
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities
• Attitude of a strong team player who can work efficiently and effectively under pressure and ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong client service orientation
• Advanced written and spoken English
